Hey everyone!

Well, so far I've only been writing fanfiction - the only original stories I wrote was before I got into fanfiction and were mostly just my personal creative writing exercises. I might start writing original stuff in the future - I mean, who knows, right?
Anyways, the majority of my stories are more or less angsty - I barely ever write funny pieces, so yeah, expect drama and angst, rather than lots of humor and fluff.

I post my stories on FanFiction.Net where I also go by Longing for Oblivion.

One more thing - I'm not very good at updating. I'm really prone to writer's block and getting distracted with other things, so don't be surprised if it takes me a while to update or I don't post anything for quite a while. However, I generally plan to finish the stories I post (even if it takes a long time)...

I hear you on the updating thing-that's usually why I often tend to stick to one-shots. Much easier. As a reader, though, I'm willing to be patient and wait for updates on stories-sure, if the story is a particularly good one, I'm always happy if the writer is updating regularly (especially if the story is particularly action-packed or there's cliffhangers or something), but I also know that stuff happens and sometimes it takes a while, too. Firmly believe in not rushing "the process", as they say.

You and I seem to be in the same boat in terms of what we've mostly been writing lately, too. Love reading humorous stories, just not very good at writing them.

I need to check out more of your stories-read a few, need to do some catching up!
